1987年にカットソーの縫製工場として創業した近藤ソウイングは三重県いなべ市、藤原岳の麓に位置しています。自然豊かなこの地で、少数精鋭の縫製職人たちが日々その熟練した技術をもって製品を生み出しています。もともとは製品サンプルの縫製専門工場として創業したことから、職人は全員、ひとつの製品に関わる工程の全てを請け負うことができる技術を持っているのが近藤ソウイングの強みです。
Founded in 1987 as a cut and sew factory, Kondo Sewing is located at the foot of Mt. Fujiwara in Inabe City, Mie Prefecture. In this rich natural environment, a small number of highly accomplished sewing craftsmen use their skills to make products every day. Originally founded as a factory specializing in sewing product samples, Kondo Sewing's strength is that its craftsmen have the expertise to undertake all of the processes involved in making a single product.

Kosaburouのカットソーの原料には通常高級ニットなどで使用される特別な糸を使用しています。この特別な糸をゼロトルク®という特殊な製法で撚り合わせて糸を作っています。この特別な糸を撚糸しているのが、モノづくりの町・東大阪にあるエップヤーン有限会社です。ゼロトルク®で撚り合わせられる糸は撚りが入りすぎていないため、この糸で作り上げれた生地は目がしっかり詰まっているのに膨らみがあることが特徴です。またゼロトルク®の糸から作られた生地は、洗濯を繰り返しても縮みや歪みを抑えることができます。

Kosaburou's cut and sew fabrics are made from special yarn that is typically used for highend knitwear. This yarn is twisted together using a special manufacturing method called Zero Torque®. This special yarn is twisted by Epp Yarn Co., Ltd., located in the manufacturing town of Higashi-Osaka. Threads that are twisted with Zero Torque® are not excessively twisted, so fabrics made from this thread are characterized by their firmness and fullness. In addition, fabrics made from Zero Torque® yarns are less likely to shrink and distort even after repeated washing.
Fabrics made with this method are soft, yet firm and do not lose their shape. It is an essential method to create fabrics with such characteristics.

Yarns twisted by the Zero Torque® method are knitted by Nagara Knit in Bishu, one of the three largest textile production centers in the world. Nagara Knit has been in business since 1977 and its refined knitting machines and technical capabilities developed over the years enable it to knit yarns twisted by the Zero Torque® method with the tightest possible stitch count. This technology and expertise cannot be imitated by any other company.

大正8年創業の山勝染工株式会社は、1610年（慶長15年）に生まれたとされる名古屋黒紋付染という独自の技法を守り続ける染工場。お客様の手に渡り、長く着用いただいたKosaburouのTシャツを染め直すアフターサービスをサポートいただきます。熟練の職人の手仕事によって染め直されたTシャツは、そこからまた新しい表情を見せてくれるでしょう。

Founded in 1919, Yamakatsu Dyeing Co., Ltd. is a dyeing factory that continues to preserve a unique technique called Nagoya Kuromontsuki Dyeing, which is said to have been created in 1610. The company provides support for after-sales service to re-dye old Kosaburou T-shirts that have been worn over a long period of time. Skilled craftsmen redye the T-shirts to give them a fresh new look.
